Some more popular food traders, including Parmogeddon, are set to reopen this week at Hatch on Oxford Road!
The urban village Hatch started their first phase of reopening with a click and collect service on June 18th, which saw lots of food traders providing pre-order bespoke food feasts via Good Eats.
So far we’ve been able to get Fuku, the fried chicken spot, and the Mediterranean inspired Mezze. We’ve also been able to order from the vegan Herbivorous and the Portuguese and Brazilian inspired KBOM.
Now, fan favourite Parmogeddon will be taking orders from this Thursday, June 25th.
You can make orders on The Hatch’s click and collect service from Thursday through Sunday, with orders from 12-9pm on Thursday-Saturday and from 11-5pm on Sunday.
Andrea George, Retail Director at Bruntwood Works, who own and operate Hatch, said last week: “The closure of the site has been devastating for the small, independent, creative businesses that make up the Hatch family and so we’re working closely with them to support a safe and gradual reopening of the Hatch neighbourhood.
“Our click and collect model is the first step in that process and we’re delighted to be welcoming the traders back from Thursday.”
If you’re unfamiliar with the humble Parmo, it originated in Middlesborough and is often described as ‘one of the best things you’ll ever eat’.
A mixture of fried chicken, creamy béchamel sauce and plenty of melted cheese all usually served with chips.
Parmogeddon are swinging open their doors this Thursday 25th and will also be offering a brand new menu.
