Rudy’s launch brand new pizza with SEVEN cheeses on it

Rudy’s has teamed up with The Crafty Cheese Man to make a pizza with seven different kinds of cheese on it.

It’s amazing news for cheese lovers, Manchester’s cheese expert The Crafty Cheese Man has been drafted in by Rudy’s to create ‘Sette Formaggi’ (Seven Cheese).

The Crafty Cheese Man, known to his friends and family as Jonathan, has been working hard throughout the lockdown keeping everyone well fed with cheese deliveries right to their door.

More recently he’s been working behind his massive cheese counter down at the new 3 Hands Deli on Deansgate Mews.

Sette Formaggi features all of Jonathan’s favourite cheeses including Fior Di latte, Parmesan, Chepyn Blue, Apple Oak Smoked, Goats Milk, Lancashire Cheddar & Fen Farm Mascarpone. 

The whole thing then gets a sprinkling of fresh rosemary and black pepper. 

The special pizza is available exclusively at Rudy’s Peter Street for collection or delivery right now.
