Joe Wicks is back with PE classes for the nation during the new lockdown

Joe Wicks has confirmed he will bring back PE classes for the nation during the new lockdown.

The nation’s favourite PE teacher, Joe Wicks has confirmed he will bring back his classes for the national lockdown to keep young children entertained and inspired.

Announcing the news over on his Instagram account, Joe said: “I’ve got some great news, I’ve decided I need to come back and be there for children during this time, through this lockdown when schools are closed to keep their exercise up, to keep their activities there, their energy, their mood, their mental health.

“I’m going to be doing PE with Joe live, three days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday starting next week on the 11th.”

The dad of two went on to encourage his followers with a motivational message in these ‘unprecedented times’. 

He continued: “Children at home, they’re not being as active. Their mental health is going to suffer and we need to be getting our kids moving.”

The new PE sessions will begin from Monday 11th over on his Youtube channel and will consist of three 20-minute workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
