Fans of Frozen are going to want to book a holiday to Disneyland Paris, as a brand new expansion based on the film is on its way. Blueprints of the new Frozen Land reveal exactly what to expect when it opens, and the Arendelle-themed area looks like it won’t disappoint. Thanks to a sneak peak of Disneyland Paris’ eagerly-awaited new attraction, we know there’ll be a new ride, shops, restaurants and a meet-and-greet area with all the characters – like Anna, Elsa and Olaf the snowman.
Disneyland Paris
The centrepiece of the Frozen area will be a massive 7.5-acre lake – just like Arendelle’s fjord in the films – where you’ll be able to watch performances and water-based shows. From the lake you’ll be able to see Elsa’s incredible ice palace, nestled in a cold, icy mountain range. And if that isn’t enough, you’ll also be able to go on a replica of the Frozen Ever After boat ride from Epcot at Disney World in the Norway Pavilion, which will take you through the kingdom of Arendelle.
The bad news is Frozen Land won’t be open until 2023, so you’ve still got a bit of time to wait before you can think about booking that holiday. Know anyone who’s going to love it here?
