One Christmas market has managed to find a way to go ahead as planned this year…
Returning to the city next week with festive food and gifts is The Manchester Vegan Winter Market.
The annual event has been given the go-ahead to open on December 12th.
There will be a huge range of vegan Christmas food available including mince pies, chocolate and Christmas cakes so you can plan the ultimate cruelty-free Christmas.
The event will be taking place at Bowlers Exhibition Centre on Saturday December 12th, complete with cookery demos and talks.
Visitors will be split into two separate time slots to prevent overcrowding and ensure social distancing can be maintained.
Other safety measures include the norm one-way systems and face coverings (unless exempt).
More than 60 vendors will be taking part in producing a whole range of vegan products and ethical gifts.
Tickets cost £5 (plus 60p booking fee) and under 16s can go free. VIP tickets will set you back £15 where you will get fast track entry and a goody bag of samples.
The event will be open between 10:30am and 4:30 pm on Saturday, December 12th.
