A luxurious new spa is opening in the countryside in Cheshire, and it looks absolutely incredible.

Champneys, a luxury spa brand, is opening its new venue next month, located at Mottram Hall.

It’ll be the company’s first northern venue, with the hotel having undergone a whopping £15million transformation in the process.

And £10million of this was spent on the spa, which comes in at a massive 33,000 sq ft, and boasts facilities such as a 20-metre swimming pool – complete with poolside cabanas – as well as a salt steam room.

On top of that, there will be a DaleSauna brechel and organic saunas, monsoon and drench showers, an ice fountain, and a cold room.

If you fancy a workout, there will be a brand new gym fitted with Technogym equipment, alongside a spin studio if you really want to feel the burn.

If you’re after something a bit more relaxing, you can always treat yourself to a range of Champneys treatments, as well as some Clarins and Elemis experiences.

The spa will feature 15 treatment rooms, as well as a beauty lounge where you’ll be able to get a pedicure, manicure and makeup, or even a trim at the Champneys barber shop – the first of its kind in the UK.

If you’re looking for even more, the resort is also home to a golf course, a 270 acre parkland, and formal gardens.

Bookings for the spa, which will be open for day and overnight guests from September, are open now, and start from £79 per person with lunch thrown in – check out more on their site here.
